When you fill in checkout or contact forms, you enter your name, phone number, email, delivery address and notes. Right now these details stay in your browser page only. They are not sent to us or saved. Receipt files you attach are shown as a local preview and are not uploaded.
2. Why we would collect it
Once ordering is enabled, we will use your details only to confirm, deliver and support your order, and to answer your questions.
3. Payments
This website does not take payments and never asks for card numbers, PINs or passwords. If payment providers are added later, they will handle your payment details, and we will only see the payment status and reference.
4. Accounts, cookies and analytics
Customers do not need an account. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your device may store your shopping bag and music preference, and staff sign-in for store administrators. See our Cookie Policy.
5. Sharing
Once orders are enabled, we will share details only when needed with delivery companies, payment providers and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
How long order records are kept: To be confirmed by store owner. We will keep them only as long as needed for orders, warranty and legal obligations.
7. Protection
Administrator areas need a sign-in and an extra security check. Please do not send sensitive documents through the contact form.
8. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, where applicable law allows, including under the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).
