Order updates
We will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and arrange delivery.
Wrong address or not available
If the address is wrong or nobody is available, we will try to contact you to rearrange delivery. Any extra charges will be explained before the second attempt.
Delayed, lost, damaged or incomplete deliveries
Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, incomplete or missing, contact us as soon as possible and keep the packaging and photos. We will investigate with the delivery company.
