These terms explain how you may use this website and how orders will work once online ordering is enabled.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract under the laws of Nepal, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses and delivery addresses, and to keep them up to date. Orders with false or incomplete information may be cancelled.
4. Product descriptions and availability
We try to describe products accurately. Photos may be family references or AI colour previews and may not show the exact model, colour or included accessories. Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order.
5. Prices, taxes and pricing errors
Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Listed prices are reference prices that require seller confirmation. Whether VAT is included, and delivery charges, will be shown before you confirm an order. If a price is clearly wrong, we may correct it and ask you to confirm or cancel before payment.
6. Order placement and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is only accepted when we confirm it to you directly. Online ordering is not yet enabled on this website.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund and Return Policy.
8. Payments and verification
We will only offer payment methods that are actually set up. A payment counts only after we verify it with the bank or payment provider. A screenshot or receipt alone does not confirm payment. No online payments are currently accepted.
9. Delivery
Delivery is free all over Nepal and arrives within 7 days after payment is confirmed. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
10. Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the product and is explained in our Warranty Policy. Manufacturer warranty and any seller support are separate.
11. Intellectual property
Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, AirPods and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. They are used only to identify products. This store is not Apple and does not claim to be authorised by Apple unless stated after verification. Website text and design belong to the store owner.
12. Prohibited activities
You must not place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment details, interfere with the website, scrape it automatically, or try to change prices or order data. We may refuse or cancel suspicious orders.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of Nepal, we are not liable for indirect losses from using this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 or other applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update products, services and these terms. Changes apply from the date they are published here and do not apply to orders already confirmed.
15. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. If unresolved, disputes may be taken to the appropriate authorities or courts of Nepal.
